Attend Private Mass

Greetings, Annunciation family.

On Monday, May 18, the stay at home order will expire and Governor Walz will begin to allow religious gatherings with 10 people or less in attendance.

Therefore, beginning on Tuesday, May 19 we will offer two Masses a day with 10 people or less in attendance. The Masses will be offered at 11:30am and 5:30pm Tuesday through Sunday. Designated pews will be used for these Masses. Pews will be sanitized before and after Masses. This will continue until we are allowed to move to Phase 2 of Archbishop Hebda's plan that will allow church attendance to grow to 30% of a church's capacity.

Please note:

  • All COVID-19 positive persons, those who are symptomatic, and those living with them, must stay home.

  • Persons over age 65 and those with preexisting health conditions should continue to stay home and avoid public gatherings, including in church.

  • We will continue to live-stream 9:30am Sunday Mass on Facebook for the benefit of the homebound and those otherwise vulnerable and unable to attend in person.

  • The Obligation to attend Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation continues to be suspended as long as the pandemic continues.

To appropriately comply with the maximum number requirement, we will require you to sign-up for these limited attendance Masses. We ask you to sign-up for only one Mass a week. This will allow for up to 120 parishioners to attend Mass in a week.

Mass Sign-up

If you are unable to sign-up online, please contact Mary Grace at 612-824-9993 ext. 242. After you sign-up for a Mass you will receive an email with additional instructions.

When you come for the Mass you signed-up for, you must enter the Church through the South Foyer doors. The doors will be opened 30 minutes prior to Mass. Please use the restroom before coming to Mass. A staff member will be there to greet you and check you in. You will need to use the hand sanitizer located in the foyer before Mass. Face masks are strongly urged for all assembly members.

Thank you for your cooperation during this challenging time!

We are grateful for your support and faithfulness to our Annunciation parish community. We are confident that together, with God’s love, help and guidance, we will make it through this time of uncertainty. We trust that God has a plan in all of this for us. May God continue to watch over us, bless us, and guide us on this journey.

God bless you!
Father Brian Park
