Welcome to Annunciation School!

As part of our mission we strive to provide our students with an outstanding religious and academic education, addressing the needs of the whole child. We believe that a superior education will not only prepare our students academically, but will also nurture them spiritually, emotionally, socially, artistically, and physically.

Annunciation takes pride in its high academic standards. We constantly strive to update and improve our curriculum through yearly reviews and research. Our long history of excellence is based on combining the best of tradition with well thought out innovation. Our teachers continually take part in educational opportunities, modeling for students the ideal of life long learning.

We believe that children will prosper academically only if other needs are met. We work hard at providing a safe, spiritual, friendly, creative environment. We know that the arts enhance our children’s learning. Our Creative Arts program is outstanding, and we work to integrate creativity and art into all areas of the curriculum. We also believe that children learn by doing. Children learn to write by writing, read by reading. We employ a hands-on science curriculum, use manipulatives in math, and involve children in many projects throughout the year.

Our teachers work hard to build class cohesiveness. We want all of our children to feel a sense of belonging and comfort. This extends to our broader community. Our parents are an integral part of Annunciation. We recognize you as the primary educators of your children, and we are committed to working as a partnership with frequent and open communication.

We take deep pride in our school. Please come and share some time with us and learn more about what makes Annunciation so special!
