Resources for Your Lenten Journey

Feb 10th, 2018

During Lent God offers us a special opportunity to get close to Jesus in love, friendship and commitment to him and a Holy Spirit led way of life.

These resources can be of assistance to you as you live Lent.

1. Please help yourself to a copy of Bishop Barron’s Lenten Gospel Reflections. These are available to you in church, in the narthex as well as the south foyer.
2. Listen to a 5 minute daily Lenten audio reflection by Fr. Mark Toups by googling “the Journey to Jerusalem Reflections”.
3. On the Creighton University Online Ministries home page click on Praying Lent 2018. Here you will find an abundant variety of resources that can support you on your Lenten Journey.
4.Go to Loyola Press - Lent for a rich array of Lent resources, including activities for children and ideas for the observance of Lent in the home.
5.Google “3 minute Retreat” and have a daily reflection appear in your inbox or download the app. A short 3 minutes can bring you 24 hours of peace.
6.Google "BustedHalo Lent" and see all the creative resources that come up!
