National Math Enrichment Contest

On April 10, twenty-five of our 2- 5th grade Annunciation students participated in the National Math Enrichment Contest. This national contest is for offered for students who have demonstrated a strong aptitude for math. 25, 000 students nationwide participated representing over 600 schools in 44 states.

During the contest, students are given 45 minutes to solve 20 problems that test computation, patterns, algebra, geometry, measurement, probability and statistics skills.

The following students won the National Honor Roll Qualifiers. Only the top 10% of participating students in the country received this honor.

The following students earned Honorable Mention. Only the top 40 percent of participants nationwide earn this honor.
