MNSAA Accreditation visit is coming!

In two weeks, we will host the MNSAA visit team, a group of educators from throughout the state, who will spend three days in our school community to review and verify our self-study and strategic plan. It is very exciting time for our school to complete this process of reflection on our strengths and challenges, but also to create a strategic vision for the future.

On the website, you will find a PowerPoint presentation from my last Principal Breakfast where I shared the strategic plan. This plan was built from the data gathered over the past two years though parent, staff and student surveys, community and team meetings, standard review and responses. The work culminated with a Saturday working session where staff and parents from the school and parish came together to review our challenges and begin to create long term objectives and a vision for our school.

In the PowerPoint,  you will find the key objectives and strategies that are part of our strategic plan that was created by a steering committee over the last few months, using the feedback from this process. This is the plan that will guide our school improvement for the coming years.

We are very proud of the plan and anxious to begin the work of making it come alive. In the end, this process will help us define our goals and work together to create the strongest Catholic school program for our students, staff and families to fulfill the mission of Annunciation School.
