Improv Updates April 6, 2016

Apr 6th, 2016

We are now in the last three weeks before the improv performances. That means we are in the production stage of the class and the days and hours will be extended. There will also be regular improv days in which only a section of the class will need to attend. Students should know what scenes they are in. If they have any questions, they should talk to Sandy Nesvig. The schedule is listed below:

  • Thursday, April 7 Regular Class
  • Friday, April 8 Story – Students who wish to be a part of the scripted story should attend. We will go until 4:30

Beginning April 11, all students should expect to be in class until 5:00. If we finish our work early, they will be dismissed.

  • Monday, April 11 Heroes Students who created these skits need to attend.
  • Tuesday, April 12 Last Line Skits
  • Wednesday, April 13 Inside Out (Emotion Skits)
  • Thursday, April 14 Musicals
  • Friday, April 15 Field Trips
  • Monday, April 18 Inventions

Each student should be in 2 skits. If they were absent on the day we created them, they can come on any of the above dates and either be placed in a skit or create a new one.

  • Tuesday, April 19 Lip Syncs
  • Wednesday, April 20 Full rehearsal
  • Thursday, April 21 Full rehearsal
  • Friday, April 22 Full rehearsal
  • Monday, April 25 Full rehearsal
  • Tuesday, April 26 Full rehearsal
  • Wednesday, April 27 Dress Rehearsal
  • Thursday, April 28 Performances – 9:00 and 7:00
  • Friday, April 29 Performances – 9:00 and 7:00
