Help Put a STOP to Human Trafficking!

What is Human Trafficking? Just how prevalent is it in the Twin Cities? What are the warning signs? Who’s vulnerable? Why should it concern us? What can ordinary people like us do about it?

Our presentation with Q & A will be led by:

  • Sergeant Grant Snyder, Minneapolis Police Department
  • Teresa Forliti, a sex trafficking survivor from Breaking Free

Join us to learn about sex trafficking in our area and local resources for survivors such as Breaking Free.

  • A free program, open to adults and high school young people
  • No RSVP needed, however, donations of gift cards to Target, Cub or Walgreens, or personal care items will be collected for Breaking Free
  • Scrip gift cards will be available for purchase on the day of the event

Items most needed:

  • New and excellent condition women’s and children’s clothing
  • Non-perishable foods
  • Baby care items including diapers
  • Personal care products such as soap, shampoo, lotion, African American hair care products
