Health Office Is Looking For Volunteers

Sep 27th, 2018

Can you put on a band aid?  Can you take a child’s temperature in their ear?  Can you make an ice pack with ice cubes and baggies?  If you answered “yes” you’re qualified to help out in the Annunciation Health Office.  We need one parent in the Health Office from 11am to 1pm each day.  Any health related background is certainly a bonus, but not a requirement.

If you have 2 hours to give once a month that would be great and you get to pick the day that works for you. If you want to do more, better yet. If you only want to help once a year, or just want to see if it's right for you, that's fine too. The only requirements are Virtus training and a desire to help out some kids that aren't feeling so great. Did I mention that the health office has free wi-fi?

Join us if you can Thursday 10/4 from 8:15 - 8:45am in the Spirit Center conference room for coffee and a brief overview of the health office. You don't need to have medical training, just be able to take a temperature, hand out ice packs and give TLC!

Please contact Teresa Copps if you are interested.
