Christmas Program 2018

Dec 6th, 2018

This year’s Christmas program, “Nativity on Broadway” is here!

We are so blessed at Annunciation School to have a renowned and treasured Creative Arts program that develops confidence and skills, along with a pride for each student. Alumni and friends remember participating in the Christmas program with share stories years later. It is truly a special event.

Performances will begin on Wednesday, December 19 at 9:00 am and Thursday, December 20 at 9:00 am and 6:30 pm. Because this is such a popular event, we have many guests attending. As a reminder, with the large crowds for each performance, we ask you to note the following:

  • We ask that each family choose one performance to attend.  We have two performances on Thursday so that half can see it in the morning and half at night.  Please choose only one so we have room for all.
  • Wednesday morning is a dress rehearsal reserved for grandparents and older members of the community.  In order to have room for everyone, we ask that parents wait to take a seat until all the senior members are seated.  And if you attend this performance, please don’t attend the Thursday performance too.
  • Doors to the auditorium are closed until 8:20 Wednesday and 8:30 Thursday mornings, and 5:45 Thursday evening.  The students are expected to be here at 5:45 Thursday evening. Please don’t arrive prior to 5:45 as the teachers will not be in the rooms to supervise.
  • A certain number of seats are reserved for each performance, they are noted.  Otherwise seating is on a first come first serve basis.  Please be courteous to all audience members and do not put coats etc. on seats to save them.
  • A DVD is available to order so people can see the performance many times over.  Please no flash photography during the performances. Room 104, kindergarten room, will be open and available if you have a restless toddler or a phone call you must make.  Otherwise, please turn off all cell phones when you are in the auditorium, and keep the halls quiet and clear for our students to pass through.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the performances to celebrate this holy time of our faith – the Christmas season. God Bless!
